The Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization (hereinafter ACTO) hereby invites proposals for the selection of the consultant to build the conceptual framework that will guide the process of reviewing the 2004-2012 Strategic Plan of ACTO. The consultant will be responsible for contributing to the execution of the First Stage of the Review, with emphasis on defining and preparing the methodological tools and guiding their use by the technical team involved.
